Rigo and his team have done excellent, reliable work on every vehicle I have owned since moving to Yuma. He offers reliable and helpful advice for each scenario as well. Whether telling me if buying a vehicle is a good idea to purchase or not, to coming me when I am stranded with a car that will not budge, Rigo and his friendly and helpful team have always had my back with my vehicles. The work has always been quick, swift, and something I can count on being done correctly the first time! Highly recommend.

We were in the middle of a cross-country road trip when our check engine light suddenly cameon. Traveling with small children and still having along drive ahead to Texas, we needed help as quickly as possible. This shop responded within an hour, got us in right away, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had us back on the road in no time. The repair was done professionally, the price was very fair, and they took a stressful situation and made it so much easier. One thing that really stood out was that he even followed up with us afterward to make sure everything was still working fine. That level of care and customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated. We truly appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable auto repair shop, I highly recommend them. They helped save our family road trip, and we couldn't be more grateful!

Would not recommend. Had my car since Monday. Never called me till Thursday about my car. Tuesday mechanic left early and my car never got looked at. Wednesday no call. Called Thursday and was finally told what was wrong with my car. And they weren’t even sure that what was wrong with my car. Said it’s a maybe. Now they are charging me $500 for “storage “ I’m a single mother on a tight income I can’t just throw around money

I would like to leave a better review but unfortunately I can not. Last year exactly a year ago my rv brakes froze up and Rigos did the work which was satisfactory but very expensive . On the way out of Yuma this year master cylinder which they installed went out no fault of them but did go out. Was told last year parts had warranties So called Rigos up to see if they could send receipt to me me or The oriellys part store that I was at as was going to do it myself on lot as it is pretty simple swap out. The receptionist found my file and parts that I needed and put me on hold to ask Rigo. Come back and said no I would have to either bring camper or part in…. Well this makes no sense if you are not in Yuma or far away from their shop So the parts warranty is pretty useless unless you live in Yuma?as if they had sent receipt could have got new part right away. (Even the clerk said if you had sent receipt to me or them by email they would honor it)As had no brakes and by myself how was I going to get 13 miles to his shop? I could have been. Simply solution to help me. But. No help to send receipt to me or the store!! So had to by a new master cylinder which was still under warranty!!!

Rigo’s was quick with customer service and hated everything about them. They were quick with action and showed us the car part that was dirty. However, a couple of days later the car broke down again and did us dirty by actually doing nothing for us as we went to another mechanic for the same issue the said they had fixed. Customer service was quite literally horrible and could not tell us the source of the real problem and charged $150 for a diagnostic test without guarantee of what was wrong with the car. They also charged an additional $150 for the labor of fixing the car with confidence, we were stranded in Yuma and they could not promise to get us home. We did get home but the car broke down for the same thing they had “fixed” a couple days later. We called customer service and requested a partial refund which Customer service rejected and started bickering with us going tit for tat. So unprofessional and so rude. They lacked ownership of the half done mechanics job.
